Rebirth System
Rebirth is the core prestige mechanic in Phonk Clicker. By resetting your Cash and upgrades, you gain permanent multipliers and unlock new abilities that make each run exponentially more powerful than the last.
How Rebirth Works
When you reach a certain Cash threshold, you can choose to rebirth. This resets your Cash and upgrade progress, but in exchange you receive permanent bonuses including increased cash multipliers, higher Gem drops, and access to new skill tree nodes. Your phonk collection and skill tree progress are preserved across rebirths.
Rebirth Cost Thresholds
Each rebirth requires reaching a higher Cash threshold. Below are the verified thresholds:

Rebirth Rewards
- Permanent cash multiplier increase
- Increased Gem drop rate
- Unlock Lucky Block multiplier perk
- Unlock Boombox item
- Access to higher skill tree nodes (many require minimum rebirth count)
What's Preserved After Rebirth
- ✓All collected phonk entities and their star ratings
- ✓Skill tree progress (all unlocked nodes remain)
- ✓Gem balance
- ✓Tickets and ticket items
What's Reset After Rebirth
- ✕Cash balance (reset to zero)
- ✕All purchased upgrades
Auto-Rebirth
Phonk Clicker includes an auto-rebirth toggle. When enabled, you'll automatically rebirth as soon as you hit the required Cash threshold. This is essential for late-game Gem farming and progression.
Rebirth Tips
- Don't wait too long to rebirth — the permanent multiplier boost is worth the reset
- Enable auto-rebirth once you're consistently hitting thresholds quickly
- Each rebirth unlocks more skill tree nodes, so rebirthing accelerates all progression
- The top-ranked player achieved 101 rebirths — rebirth is the main progression metric
